Delivery schedule
We endeavor to dispatch all orders within two business days of receipt, subject to the availability of stock. If dispatch is delayed for any reason, we will keep you informed by e-mail.
The cost of delivery is *FREE for all orders over £50 to UK Mainland addresses . Orders under £50 will attract a delivery charge of £4.95... (*Area exclusions apply)
*Due to delivery company surcharges for remote areas of Scotland, the following postcodes are not included in the in the Free delivery promotion. IV1 - 56, KW1-17, PA34-39, PH19-50. . Please contact us for a quotation. Delivery surcharges also apply to the Isle of Wight. Shipping to NI is no longer available.
Dispatched using Parcel Companies Recorded Deliveries. This service means that most items are delivered within 1 - 2 weekdays.
On processing your order, we will email the email address you have provided a "Dispatch Notification" which will show, when applicable, online tracking through our carriers web site indicating your expected delivery day and also information on how to receive your order. Deliveries normally take place weekdays, between 8.30am and 6.00pm. A Saturday delivery service is available for a premium.
Please note that the delivery company driver will require a signature unless you have provided clear written instructions for where the products are to be left if no one is at home. (This must be a reasonably easy place that a delivery driver can get to, or a neighbour). Where goods are left to your instructions, the delivery will be deemed to have been "accepted", once the delivery company has carried out your instructions.
To keep the price you pay to a minimum, we use one man delivery companies to deliver your orders. Generally they will arrive in an appropriate vehicle equipped with offloading / moving equipment, but on occasion the driver may require some assistance moving an item. Sometimes this can be achieved by removing components from the packaging to reduce some of the weight.
Our couriers have a 97% "delivery on time" success rate, with the remainder usually arriving the following day. In the real world, this is an excellent achievement, however should something go awry, we are only an email away from assisting in its tracking and rescheduling the delivery.

In the event your goods do not arrive in a satisfactory condition, you may reject the delivery and another one will be re scheduled or in some cases a replacement part can be sent upon us being notified (within 3days of receipt via email) Click to Email Us
